Mikayla Sullivan

Mikayla's desire to solve global issues initially came from first-hand experience of what poverty truly means, visiting rural villages in Mexico. Since that day, she has been inspired to learn as much as she can to help improve rural development and living standards around the world. Years of traveling and learning about other cultures has allowed Mikayla to see life from other people's perspectives in order to create solutions that will truly be beneficial. KinoSol has allowed Mikayla to turn her dream of providing sustainable solutions to people in need, into a reality.

Rebecca's interests in agricultural education and international development led her to KinoSol. Growing up on an Iowa dairy farm and row crop operation, paired with a grandma who traveled extensively during Rebecca’s childhood, made her excited about global food topics. Rebecca’s love for helping those in need and making the world a better place makes KinoSol a perfect fit.

Robert Odoi

Robert loves creating solutions for agribusiness projects. He has been involved in numerous organizations that address food loss in the USA and in Africa. Robert’s zeal to train smallholder farmers in global solutions has led him to join KinoSol to continue the work of reducing food waste. As KinoSol’s training coordinator, he creates trainings materials for KinoSol. These materials are used to train smallholder farmers and introduce them to the KinoSol Orenda.
